Last Sunday was Grace’s 6th Birthday Party. It was a circus theme and it went of with out a hitch, well nearly the cake did hit the floor! All the children came in costume and had their faces painted & had crazy hair done during the party. The massive jumpy castle was a huge clown and we were also lucky enough to have entertainment of a fairy princess/stilt walker!
The Food was circus theme of course, pop corn, hot dogs, fairy floss and a chocolate fountain. The cake was a beautiful double chocolate fudge cake with white chocolate icing adorned with clowns and multi coloured dots. A big thank you to Mrs. Jackson for all her hard work and effort in making the cake. Although no guests were able to eat any because of the mishap just before singing happy birthday, we were lucky enough to eat the whole lot (except the icing on the top).
The smell of the fairy floss together with the circus music (thanks Dad) really made it have true circus atmosphere. A big thank you for all that came and those who helped bring the day together.
